Ballydehob born William has many strings to his food business bow, Brought up among leading food businesses in his native Ballydehob, West Cork, William writes for the McKenna Guides and has extensive knowledge of restaurants and food producers across the island of Ireland.  Along with leading tours around Cork he is the country manager for ResDiary and supplies software to hundreds of Ireland's  hotels and restaurants. In his free time likes nothing better than to be out sailing or with his feet under a table somewhere.

Limerick born Dubliner Bríd grew up in a busy guest house and restaurant and went on to study travel and tourism. As well as guiding with Fab Food Trails, Bríd works in Event Management and as a personal stylist and shopper all of which has given her in-depth knowledge of Dublin's food and fashion retail scene.

Novelist Chris Binchy is a fully trained chef a novelist and was restaurant critic for The Sunday Tribune for a time. When Chris is not leading our Tasting Trails he spends his days teaching and working on his next novel.

Úna Carmody has had a decades-long career in the arts in Ireland. She has had a lifelong interest in food and the food culture of her native city and loves sharing it with others. Úna is also a recent graduate of the École Ducasse culinary school in Paris.

Dublin born and bred, Grace Ann Fallon has worked in the luxury Tourism and Hospitality sector for many decades. Having spent 12 years working with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Grace Ann's passion for great food has evolved over the years. Now living in Dublin 8 -  home to some of the best cafes, restaurants, wine bars and Michelin restaurants in the city .Along with food, Grace Ann’s other big passion is fashion and her wardrobe is filled with lots of pieces from wonderful Irish designers old and new.

Dublin born Bethanne is a seasoned tour guide with a 38-year global odyssey by boat. Food and diverse cuisines are her lifelong passion. She catered and managed a successful dinner cruise in French St. Martin for many years before setting sail for the Pacific. Back in Ireland she delights in sharing Ireland’s culinary history and fascinating anecdotes as you ramble through the charming streets of Dublin, tasting and enjoying delicious treats along the way.

Lorna has been on the Fab Food Trails beat for many years, living in Dublin city centre and working with many of Ireland’s top food purveyors. 
Lorna has worked with Sheridans Cheesemongers and Cocoa Atelier Chocolate. If it’s happening in Dublin, Lorna knows about it, and she loves finding new places. Fashion, art and music are her other big interests. Lorna moonlights as a costume designer, collaborating with RTE and Irish feature films. She’s the one in the coloured scarf

A physics graduate, Cian decided to change career and trained as a chef. Since then he has worked in some of best restaurants and cafes in town, he’s always in demand. At present Cian is working Hang Dai as well as guiding with Fab Food. Every now and then je takes a few months every now and then to travel the world.

Dave knows the food, the culture and natives (old and new) intimately, he is a sponge for trivia and history with a CV like the Golden Pages and shares his knowledge. He has worked in several pubs and shops around the city, including On The Pig’s Back in the English Market for 14 years.
